Kai has come to my house twice now and has been professional, kind, and willing to take his time to explain. Excellent experience with Cooleys Heating & Cooling! I had an issue with the A/C at one of my rental properties, and they were able to come out the very same day. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, making the entire process completely stress-free. Since this was a rental, I handled everything remotely, and Cooley’s made it incredibly easy with great communication and professionalism.
Recently had our furnace replaced ahead of selling our home. The owner Aaron was quick to come out and provide a quote. After pulling a few other quotes from local contractors, they landed in the middle and were also willing to cut some bathroom tile for a new register. We paid the deposit to order parts. When the day came to install the furnace, right away things started falling apart.
