Wonderful people who were polite and prompt. From the office staff to the techs, everybody was honest and professional. I was amazed how fast they could fit me in. Terry was my tech and Corrine (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was a great help in the office.

In early November I was having issues with my furnace, I decided to call Cooleys and I'm so glad I did. The office person was very helpful and polite and understanding. This was on a Wednesday afternoon late, the Following Monday there was a technician here at the house, he diagnosed the problem and told me that the induction draft motor was going out he said it may be okay for another season or it may get worse. Cooleys handled the replacement of a 32-year-old boiler very professionally. They are great problem solvers. They had great communications all the way through the process. I highly recommend them.
