The tech who came to clean our HVAC and inverter tried to use an outside faucet that was not working and when he did get it on it would not turn off. He quickly looked for the house turn off valve and then called for a plumber at the store to come and replace the cracked pipes inside the house. They worked quickly to replace the piping. The job of cleaning the 2 HVAC and 3 inverters is left for another day since was already after closing time.

I called them a few months back to get my ducts cleaned for my swamp cooler. They came out and did a general service on the unit, but that’s not what I called and asked for originally and agreed to pay the price for. I showed them my issue which they did not address at the first visit, but they told me it would be handled once they were done with their general servicing of the unit with new pads. Had them install mini splits. They weren’t clear about the electrical setup costs to provide power to the units . The mini splits seem to work reasonably well however when I called less than a year later for maintenance on one of them Cooley’s told me the earliest they could service was 2 months away. Hopefully anyone considering them for a new unit can save themselves the trouble knowing their warranty is virtually worthless if they can’t actually provide service in a reasonable timeframe.

Amazing service from start to finish. The final walk-through, the gentleman put shoe covers on which I actually really appreciate. Very friendly, always on time and thorough. I would recommend Cooleys without question. Ré

In early November I was having issues with my furnace, I decided to call Cooleys and I'm so glad I did. The office person was very helpful and polite and understanding. This was on a Wednesday afternoon late, the Following Monday there was a technician here at the house, he diagnosed the problem and told me that the induction draft motor was going out he said it may be okay for another season or it may get worse.
