We had a shower drain break, they were quick to respond, assess the situation. They made a plan, got the parts and had it fixed in less than 2 hours start to finish. Thank you for your quick response and repair.
Recently had our furnace replaced ahead of selling our home. The owner Aaron was quick to come out and provide a quote. After pulling a few other quotes from local contractors, they landed in the middle and were also willing to cut some bathroom tile for a new register. We paid the deposit to order parts. When the day came to install the furnace, right away things started falling apart. First I would like to start off with the level of professionalism and respect the team at Cooleys always exhibits. It is above and beyond. The work is always completed and I know It is done right. I have never had an issue but I know if I did they would address it. They give me the gold standard treatment eveytime. Thank you to the whole team!
We are absolutely pleased with the professionals at Cooleys. Less than a week after our first call, our mini-split system is installed and working perfectly. They even coordinated with Merit Electric for us so that everything was done at the same time. Francisco did the sales call and clearly explained our options. Jake and Dale installed the units and Eric & Kia made sure we were all set to go. Mega thanks to all of you!
