Please implement a notification system via email and/or text when you're cancelling patients' appointments. Arrived for a procedure and was surprisingly informed that I had supposedly cancelled my appointment over the phone. I had called earlier that week to see if I could potentially reschedule. Dates didn't work - so I said that I would change MY work schedule to accommodate and would call back if I needed to. Lost out on a few hundreds dollars for losing my work shift.
