Not sure what kind of business is being ran here. No called no showed to two APPOINTMENTS. What's the point of a time slotted appointment. Between 8 and 10 am. To wait around for no body to show up. TWICE. Adam Cooley personally calls me the second time. Around 3 hours after the allotted SECOND appointment. Referred to their dispatch. Who apologized for nobody showing up. My furnace was short cycling so the first place I called was Cooley Mechanical. Adam answered the phone very quickly and although he was unable to schedule an appointment, he referred me another reputable HVAC company and he even offered to walk me through a couple things. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help even when he was unable to schedule an appointment. We will definitely call Cooley Mechanical for service going forward. Thanks Adam!
