Not up front about pricing. Did not give me all the options out there. It was not a pleasant experience. Weeks later, company still won’t finish the job. I am forced to find another contractor to do that. I needed to research these companies better. Had a different company out to replace fan motor that burned out due to previous company putting the wrong capacitor in my ac unit.. Long story short, they wouldn't replace the fan motor and tried to sell me a new unit. Adam came out and replaced the fan motor and went out of his way to make a new bracket so the new motor would fit. Highly recommend, very professional and didn't try to up sell anything which is big in my book.
Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We really appreciate his eagerness to make time for us during such a busy schedule. Thank you Adam! We will be calling again in the future if any other issues arise.
