I called Adam with concerns of my blower motor not functioning for my A/C. He came out the same day to take a look. He checked everything out. He could have replaced the motor at a very fair price. My decision was to replace the furnace rather than a new motor in a 20 plus year old system. My furnace was replaced the next day. I also wanted a humidifier installed with the new system. Adam came out at 10:00 PM when our house was 81°, making sure my wife, our 8-day-old son, and I could stay cool during this heat. He even took the time to show me the failed parts from our furnace and explained exactly why they had failed, which I really appreciated. Excellent service, honest communication, and true professionalism. I highly recommend Cooley Mechanical!
