Excellent, helpful and supportive instructors who always take care of you while pushing you to reach your goals. Excellent choice of classes a mix of strength cardio and boxing.

This is the friendliest little place. Suzi, Rowie and her dedicated team always strive to get the best out of us, coaching us through our injuries. Good mix of ages too. A smaller venue means more attention. Great selection of classes even with some aqua thrown in. I would have to say all the classes are fun!
