Was a complete waste of time and got nowhere. Very disappointing.
Recently transferred here for prenatal care due to having a horrible experience thus far with baystate. First appointment went fine, then today (day before my next expected appointment here) the midwife calls me and says I can no longer be seen there because they have “a strict criteria” that I apparently now don’t meet. What does that even mean? No other information was given. Very weird and unprofessional in my opinion. The office is accessible for women with disabilities and the doctors are patient and supportive of women with disabilities.
I have always had good experiences here but today I was helped by the very nice, kind and patient Caelin McDonald. She was extremely professional, made sure I knew what was going on in the exam, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in what can usually be a nerve wracking situation. I’m glad there are nurses like this helping people I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! Wonderful nurse!
I hate giving bad reviews but when they are this bad you have to let people know, especially since they don't seem to care! I have been a patient of Dr. Patton's for 20 yrs. I have seen him on University dr many times until my primary at VMC said we can do routine stuff here in the office. So I haven't been there in a few yrs.
