I have always had good experiences here but today I was helped by the very nice, kind and patient Caelin McDonald. She was extremely professional, made sure I knew what was going on in the exam, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in what can usually be a nerve wracking situation. I’m glad there are nurses like this helping people I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! Wonderful nurse!
I hate giving bad reviews but when they are this bad you have to let people know, especially since they don't seem to care! I have been a patient of Dr. Patton's for 20 yrs. I have seen him on University dr many times until my primary at VMC said we can do routine stuff here in the office. So I haven't been there in a few yrs. I can’t say enough great things about this practice. I received exceptional pregnancy and postpartum care from them and they were there for me through some very stressful life circumstances. Every provider and staff person I encountered was brimming with empathy, compassion, and very personalized attention to my case. The support I received from these folks was truly life-changing; I highly, highly recommend them!
My appointments with Dr Melanie Greenman and my nurse (whose name I now regrettably forget) were the best experiences I've ever had with any doctors office. They were both kind, attentive, patient, and took their time to get to know me and to answer all my questions (I had many...). I felt comfortable and informed going into my appointments, and I never doubted that I was in great hands.
