This location is very quick to over charge an amount that is different from your insurance. I had to wait for my insurance to approve the visit for due to the insurance policy which takes some time and before I knew it I received a bill from a debt collector claiming I owed 186.38 for my visit when my insurance and insurance app told me my responsibility was only a 100.00 and I don't appreciate getting these random debt collector letters when you are trying to scam me out of more money then required by the insurance company.... read more
They made every excuse they could not to honor their appointment. Apparently, they close whenever they decide. I made an appointment online. When I showed up for the appointment at 6:00 the front desk told me "I don't know how you were able to make an appointment, we are not accepting any more patients." Then they said I didn't have proper documentation and couldn't be seen because of that, which was out of nowhere and wasn't true. They post they are open until 8 PM but will not see patients after after 7 PM. Perhaps change your hours so people don't waste their time. I completely understand every medical facility being short staffed. If you let people know the chance you will be seen it may benefit patients. Not upset with the receptionist. Just an honest post would be more helpful. When you think you may need stitches time is a factor.
