Brought in my toddler for an allergic reaction and all of the staff, especially Elaine were so sweet and caring with us. My boy was fussy and uncomfortable from itching and nervous from being in that kind of environment but everyone was so patient and kind with him, but Elaine also gave me reassurance as a worried mom and it meant the world to me! Definitely making this location my go to!

We went in for suspected double eye infection. Doctor Juanita Carnes was very impatient with our child during exam. Juanita was overall short, and unpleasant. They prescribed her ointment, to which i pushed back on because shes four. She pushed for ointment so i agreed. Shes on the ointment for 3x a day for 7 days. I tried to do the first dose and there is no way she was letting me pull down her bottom lid to put this ointment in.
