They wouldn’t accept me an hour before closing with something that was pretty urgent and I needed help. There was no one inside so it’s not like there was not enough staff they were just rude and unhelpful.
This place is an embarrassment to the medical field! It is an absolute joke. I have tried, and I repeat, only tried, to go here. Once I waited two hours in the waiting room, and there were only two other people sitting there, who also waited two hours and never were seen. And then went again 45 minutes before closing time, and with no one in the waiting room, was told they aren’t taking anymore patients. Go anywhere but here!
Very good experience with this facility. Reception area was clean and receptionist very friendly and welcoming. Tara, the medical assistant was friendly, quick to answer all questions and made me feel at ease. Danielle, the PA had great bedside manners, didn't rush me through my visit and explained all post-visit details to me thoroughly. I went in for a severe allergic reaction to an insect bite which had incompacitated my right hand and I was literally in and out of the facility within 30 minutes. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, almost going out of their way to be condescending when I was sick.
