We went in for suspected double eye infection. Doctor Juanita Carnes was very impatient with our child during exam. Juanita was overall short, and unpleasant. They prescribed her ointment, to which i pushed back on because shes four. She pushed for ointment so i agreed. Shes on the ointment for 3x a day for 7 days. I tried to do the first dose and there is no way she was letting me pull down her bottom lid to put this ointment in. They only do STD/STI testing if you are showing symptoms and have a referral from your PCP, was also told to disclose why I needed/wanted that testing in the waiting room for everyone to hear, very rude. Godforbid someone keep track of they're sexual health
