Got to the urgent care that opens at 8, at 7:40 to make sure I was able to be seen first. I was there for 10 mins before anyone else showed up, yet the 2 people who came in after me were seen first. When I asked why that was the receptionist left for another 5 mins, didn’t say anything to me, and then it was another 10 minutes before I was seen. I have been to this urgent care several times. My issues have been resolved. Most recently I had a very bad breathing issue. I didn't wait long, and they tested me for several things. They explained that the test would take about 45 minutes to show results. I was given the proper medication, and honestly started to feel better upon leaving, because the person who treated me was so caring. I wish I remembered her name. The front desk staff was not #1, but the medical care has been #1 in my opinion.
Waste of time coming here if you have an issue cause they genuinely don’t care. Told me to come tomorrow even though it’s urgent lmfao. Came at 7:40 pm when it says it closes at 8 pm and the lady at the front turned me away because they “don’t see patients past 7:30”. Maybe it should say 7:30 on the door instead of 8.
Apparently they “don’t do bloodwork” so I’m not really sure what they do
