Charged for services I did not receive and have been fighting that for months. Physical therapist was good, but I was charged for 45 minute sessions and was never there that long. I didn’t expect to be falsely charged, so I didn’t record sessions or anything and know there’s nothing I can do to fight this. I’m still paying for a shot I never got after working with billing for MONTHS. I now have a huge bill for way more time or services than received. Avoid if you can. And if you can’t, keep very good records of everything.
Nicholas and Christine were both very helpful in my recovering from a shoulder injury and a damaged Achilles tendon. They demonstrated a clear understanding of the physiology behind the injury and adjusted the treatments and exercises to fit my conditions.
In my opinion going anywhere else in the area is a much better option.
