Great team outstanding care:)
The nurse practitioner we saw was really great, unfortunately the receptionist is not kind and very inefficient at her job. She made an appointment on the wrong day and refused to fix it accordingly. Also blamed me for making it for the wrong day, even though it was her error she put it on the Monday schedule even though in person we were saying Friday. They also took blood from my five day old daughter and didn’t get it to the lab in time, and I was very upset about that, as she screamed bloody murder during the blood draw ... read more
AMAZING!!! I'm so surprised to see that there aren't more ratings. I am not one to rate places but I had to take the time to rate this office, they are absolutely incredible!! Dr. Christa Morris is phenomenal, in fact I had to scout her out when she left the pathetic practice she formally worked. Nurse Ally is amazing as well! Both are not only highly educated, but continue to educate themselves on a continual basis... There is no doubt in my mind that they were destined for this work, it's where their heart is, and it shows... read more
Pediatricians are great here! But the receptionist should answer the phone different. When I call they always answer "hello this is jen." Instead of saying "mount sugarloaf pediatrician, this is jen how can i help you!" Really bugs me every time
