I had breast cancer and felt that my care was top notch start to finish!
I had a terrible experience after my mammogram. I had a business trip that day and had to get on a plane. I wake up the next morning to all these messages that i have a problem and need a biopsy but my doctor never called me. Dr. Greenman also made a huge error on the order and then just disappeared leaving me unable to schedule my biopsy that i rushed home early to get. This is so unacceptable and terrifying. I don’t recommend Cooley dickinson or this practice to anyone.

Worst health care system with worst staff. their system is fully broken. They don’t know anything about people and human being. It would be better if they would close all medical facilities in the entire Amherst MA. In fact it will be better if they will close all medical facilities in Massachusetts. It’s totally waste of time and money.
