Billing department constantly makes mistakes. Causes a lot of extra stress in my life.
Hung up on me whilst asking directions to right the doctor for information, don’t waste your time with people that don’t want to do their job and just simply help.
It took 3 hours for Alberto Juan Ignacio Peres, the doctor, to come in and see me. After he did he was not taking my pain seriously and being condescending. He was not being helpful and he said that "i am convinced " that I have a uti even though i came to hospital because I was worries if ti was something else. He said that he wont be doing any other examinations and send me home. In the notes he wrote that i was not having symptoms during my visit while I told him many times that I am in pain. Very unprofessional
Hadley family practice is decent. Wish they had more walk in hours
