Very poor management very poor quality homes please do not buy from this man recommended if I could give zero stars I would / update found out name Chris Cooley at Cooley custom homes owner I believe at this point is a horrible person who owes many and most ex employees I’ve found out really are hurt !, and Chris is a man who hasn’t heart or something not one oz of pride or one oz of efforts left it Is sad Apparently he’s been screwing ppl over for over ten years in Gainesville Georgia area very very sad
