Sam may be a good tech but hes also a scammer. I had two standing commercial freezers that needed to be repaired last year. I was having difficulty finding someone reliable that had good expertise on commercial standing units and i found them on google. One freezer had a burnt part which was probably like $100 and it took him less than 30 minutes to swap out but he charged me $600 - which is fine.
