This company is a scam. Do not use them. I hired these guys to install a wood burning stove chimney. The chimney has leaked every time it rains since first install, even after they came back out to "fix" it. Additionally, they TAPED ON the cheapest looking chimney cap I have ever seen, and it rattled in the wind causing an awful noise. They did come back and install a cap I purchased myself, but they TAPED that one on too. I've never seen a chimney cap taped on. “Great experience with Coolerado air duct cleaning service! The team was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. Our air feels so much cleaner now. Highly recommended
No upfront pricing. They said one price over the phone but did not let me know that was for a partial cleaning. I'm very upset by this. I was told video and pics would be provided after to prove effectiveness. I was only shown 1 video and honest was shocked to see it not clean like the before and after photos on the website. They were overpriced by at least $100. Will not use again.
