Issues with units since we got them. Cooler Tymes blamed issues on inproper maintenance so we have been paying for broken units in addition to repair costs for the past 4 years. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere or be prepared to have them blame any issues on you regardless if the warranty should cover things.
Quick and easy appointment set up. Showed up on time, inspected the unit. Informed us as to what's going on. I couldn't ask for more.
