I had my unit serviced in Feb of 2026 through my insurance company, they changed the compressor and the fan motor . Today 8/8 my unit gives out, AC is buzzing, fan not running, it peek summer and when I called the company she says “Go find another business to service your unit sister” The tech guy is amazing, the lady is super unprofessional and disrespectful. Lovely people, dependable, honest and prompt, Cooler Tymes saved me: My swamp cooler broke in 100º heat... I had 5 (FIVE V CINQUE, CINQ fünf, etc) different handymen / HVAC companies come out to fix it. None of them could, but they did screw up the wiring in the switch and the cooler so much that I had to get an electrician in to fix it (but he couldn't do the swamp cooler).
