If I could give this company a 1 I would. Rip off and since they installed my air con I have had nothing but trouble. Avoid at all costs.
Tom and his team were very professional, communicative, always keeping us informed of what's going on. Put technical issues in easy to understand language and fantastic attitude. Highly recommended!
Tom installed 2 x aircon units at my home on Friday. He was on time to start & finished the job in a few hours. The result is great & the installation is very tidy & neat. I would suggest anyone needing air con installation in the Brisbane— Gold Coast area to contact Tom for a quote. Good job young fella.
Was very poor service , initially was good and prompt but didn’t finish job and never called back or followed up so had to get a different contractor
Thanks Tom, great to utilise a company that responded promptly, called back and offered an earlier appointment, and sent a couple of chaps that knew what to do and get it done. We will definitely be giving you a call for the next service and also if and when the unit needs replacing
