Dr Joice is likely the most caring doctor I have came across. She listened, she cares & she is very informative as well as compassionate. I’m thankful to have been lucky enough to have been in her care, I didn’t feel stressed or worried for a moment.
Absolutely awful, I have been waiting on an email of just paperwork for ages now and when I had called to ask about why I don’t have the email yet they apologized and promised to send it that day, it’s been an additional 3 days and still nothing. I confirmed my email with them so it’s not a matter of sending it to the wrong email.
Dr.Joice is fantastic. Highly recommend. The clinic is the best
I have never appreciated a doctor like I do Shannon Joice. She truly cares about you like you are her only patient. She is attentive, personable and responsive. She goes above and beyond, she made the birth of my second baby the best experience, surpassing 100x that of what I received at the IWK. She also solved an issue I had that my family doctor and several walk in clinics couldn’t.
Dr. Nette is absolutely amazing. She is very attentive and listens and actually cares about helping me find a solution for the issues I've had in the past. Only thing is if you need a referral for her it can take quite some time to get accepted (as do most OBGYN's), so patience is a must. But smooth sailing afterwards. So grateful for her.
