I had the opportunity to experience the Cold Chamber and the Red Light therapy bed. I went in with no expectations. When I arrived I was tired and lethargic from the day/week. When I was done, I felt energized and aware. Didn’t expect that. What I really didn’t expect was to have a solid night of Great Sleep! I highly recommend you let Mike and his wonderful crew take care of you! Thank you CoolCryo for the amazing experience!
Loved my visit to CoolCRYO! I did the sauna treatment and it was amazing and super relaxing and left me feeling refreshed. The staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home. The space is spotless and has such a cool, modern vibe. Can’t wait to go back!

The staff is amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable. Every aspect of CoolCRYO is amazing. Highly recommended!!
All of their staff was very friendly in my experience. However, I unfortunately saw little to no results with any of the treatments I tried with them. I forget the names of all the treatments I tried, but there were at least 4 different types I tried. I don't know if that means the services are really that ineffective or maybe my body was just resistant to them for some reason, but I wasted thousands on them.
