Just had a replacement air conditioner put in by Cool Co and they were excellent. The guys who came around to install it were very professional and courteous but best of all very upfront with any problems with the replacement and installation. There was an issue with connecting the air conditioner to electricity but no problems as they sent their electrician out. Highly recommend this company. Very professional and reliable.
Watch out for these guys on the road. One of their friendly staff nearly wiped out my family and wasn’t afraid to yell disgusting profanities at me in front of my young children.
Had 4 units installed by Coolco. Job was done in just one day. I noticed a small rattling noise weeks later, made a call, they came and fixed it the same day. Super professional and responsive.
We had an air con unit installed yesterday. The whole process was great. From the initial quote (Barry was extremely helpful) to the final installation everything was smooth, transparent and professional. Luke and Christopher did the installation, they were so friendly, capable and knowledgable. The job was done in a half day, and the result looks brilliant. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
