Fantastic friendly service, from every one, Well done
The staff were all very responsive and helpful, and it was easy to use the loan-car facility. So far I'm very happy with the work that was done. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars was that the work was expensive. I have no idea how the price would have compared to other companies because I didn't get any other quotes, but I just hadn't realised beforehand that an air conditioning repair could cost $3800. Anyway, a car needs air conditioning so I sucked it up and paid it, and I don't regret it.
I highly recommend coolcar air and conditioning as they were very informative and helpful to me being a female, they showed me what to do if I have the problem again with my heating in the motorhome
