Made a booking for 1:30 and ended up in town early at 11:00. They were willing to do the (free) diagnostic early and when they found the A/C had gas and it was likely a mechanical issue they said they’d look into to it immediately. We had a boat to catch at 3:30 so they squeezed us in. 30 minutes later they called and said it was just a broken electrical wire and 30 minutes after that it was fixed.
