Made a booking for 1:30 and ended up in town early at 11:00. They were willing to do the (free) diagnostic early and when they found the A/C had gas and it was likely a mechanical issue they said they’d look into to it immediately. We had a boat to catch at 3:30 so they squeezed us in. 30 minutes later they called and said it was just a broken electrical wire and 30 minutes after that it was fixed. I’ve returned to CoolCar twice to have 2 car’s air conditioning repaired, and both times they did an excellent job. Nas is very accomodating and the service provided was efficient, honest, and reasonably priced. I’ve had no problem since and both aircons have been working perfectly ever since! Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and professional car aircon repairs. I’ve always admired their integrity for doing their job efficiently.
