I reserved a unit and have already received a few follow-up calls within a couple of days. I understand they’re trying to be helpful, but it feels like a bit much since I don’t have any questions right now. I’ll update this review once I move in and have the full experience, and I’m hoping it will be a smooth and positive process.
My experience at Morningstar storage was spectacular! The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful! The cleanliness of this storage place is spectacular! This place is a five star! I recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for the professionalism of your staff at all times!
Just moved into my new storage unit today, & the process was quick, painless, & pleasant. Not sure of the young lady’s name at the desk, but she was incredibly kind, helpful, & just pleasant to interact with. I know it’s just my first day with this Morningstar location, but first impressions are everything, & they nailed it.
