I called on 21 July for an appointment, the receptionist said "I can't get you in today, but I can get you in tomorrow morning" I arrived for my appointment on 22 July and they said I have no appointment and my appointment is on 23 July. Terrible communication, appointment booking is a pretty straightforward task, its quite pathetic that they can't even get that right.
