Worst reception ever, the just suck at there job. Dont answer the phone, dont let the doctor know when youre there. Dont know how to email documents that the doctor asked them too. Just useless !

Having flu, very high fever. Had to come to clinic, didn’t offer support.
Avoid Dr Angela Lumsden. Lack of empathy and will just treat you as a number. She will literally stop you from asking questions about your concerns due to the allocated 10 minutes general appointment time slot she has apparently for you. From the blood test results clearly it shows that I had high cholesterol level exceeding the higher end of the range. In the past I have been prescribed a cholesterol medication to assist with the issue, but she strongly refuse to give me the medication due to the fact that I don’t fit the c... read more
