Very caring, patient centred approach to care from the practitioners. They are always keen to explore any issues you may have as a patient, or follow up on previous problems without prompting.
Do not go to Coolbellup Medical when the nurse Kayla is on shift. She does not care about reopening wounds and being forceful with patients
Receptionists were so rude on the phone, kept talking over me. They took weeks to email me documents to get my medical files transferred
Such bad customer service, receptionists suck at their job! Don’t let Doctors know when your there, never polite, it’s like your a burden being a patient there. If my GP didn’t move to the practice I wouldn’t go there at all and hate having to deal with them just because I have a preferred GP.
