I paid for stubby coolers for my wedding. I was assured twice that they would ready in time. My wedding was 2 months ago and I still haven’t received my stubby coolers or a refund. I’m now taking legal action against them. Save yourself the headache. Don’t allow them to steal from you.
Honestly if you could give negative stars I would. We ordered stubby coolers for our wedding back on the 27th SEPTEMBER 2021. Our order was confirmed on 11th OCTOBER 2021 for April 2022. We have been chasing this joke of a business since the start of the year for 70 study coolers...pretty simple order we thought. Terrible communication. Products were due to arrive weeks ago and have still not arrived. They are now non-responsive. I absolutely would not recommend.
I’ve used Coolaz previously on 3 occasions and have had no issues. Great service, great product & easy staff to deal with. This time I submitted an order 6 weeks ago with some artwork ideas. I contacted Coolaz by email 3 times over the period, and had no artwork sent to me. I was told they are short staffed. Today I received an email saying they are no longer able to complete my order. For the love of God, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I can save just one person the heartache and stress of dealing with these people I’ll feel a lot better. I have never written a negative review in my life so this is tough for me. We ordered with Coolaz based on a personal recommendation so ultimately didn’t research any reviews because we didn’t feel it necessary. I was so wrong!
