One reception staff is so rude, has got the biggest attitude please hire new people!!!
I have stage four, incurable, uterine cancer of an aggressive type. I have followed an outstanding GP to this clinic from my older clinic. (Dr H Singh). I was aware, when doing this, that the Google reviews for the reception staff at Coolaroo were consistently low. However my GP is so good that I decided to recently move to the clinic. I had my first brush with a reprehensible staff manner this afternoon. Absolutely appalling the way they treat people at this place I have always been so kind when speaking to the receptionists they are just so rude I have never ever called and been dealt with like a human being. I’ve never received such disgusting service from a clinic before. I mean just look at the other reviews and see for yourself I don’t think I have ever left a review like this but I am now to warn others honestly avoid this place at all costs!
