I had a telehealth appointment at 3:15 with Dr Nataliya Lishchenko, the clinic shut at 6 pm and i still hadn’t received a phone call. This is absolutely ridiculous and when i called the front desk at 4 and 5 pm, all they had to say was that she is behind schedule and always is everyday. Why keep someone that is always behind schedule when patient needs help. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had an independent medical examination with Dr Joseph Slesenger as part of a WorkCover matter, and I found the experience deeply disappointing. In my view, the resulting report contained factual inaccuracies and assumptions that did not accurately reflect what I told him, my medical history, my imaging, my surgery, or the opinions of the treating practitioners who have been directly involved in my care over time. I saw an international nurse to get my care plan and it took her over 40 minutes to type out 2 sentences. Her spelling was so horrific and the level of professionalism was a disgrace. It's unfortunate that coolaroo clinic has gone backwards in quality of service. ps: why do the reception girls always look angry? They're supposed to be welcoming patients in.
Dr Slesenger does not even deserve a star. He has no true empathy for he’s patients. He is purely there to support insurance company’s and send people back to work despite their ability for he’s own benefit. He is rude, aggressive and deceitful. It is clear that he’s financial gain comes before peoples well being. Avoid at all costs if you can.
