Absolutely appalling the way they treat people at this place I have always been so kind when speaking to the receptionists they are just so rude I have never ever called and been dealt with like a human being. I’ve never received such disgusting service from a clinic before. I mean just look at the other reviews and see for yourself I don’t think I have ever left a review like this but I am now to warn others honestly avoid this place at all costs!
I had a telehealth appointment at 3:15 with Dr Nataliya Lishchenko, the clinic shut at 6 pm and i still hadn’t received a phone call. This is absolutely ridiculous and when i called the front desk at 4 and 5 pm, all they had to say was that she is behind schedule and always is everyday. Why keep someone that is always behind schedule when patient needs help. Absolutely ridiculous.
