Extremely disappointed with the air conditioning installation service. Despite a prior visit for quotes and measurements, the technicians arrived unprepared and failed to complete the job, citing multiple excuses. I even took the day off specifically for this, only for it to be completely wasted. To make matters worse, they left an unprofessional and baseless review on my work profile without even knowing me—absolutely unacceptable behavior. Poor planning, poor communication, and zero professionalism—would not recommend!
