Darren is lovely, he made sure I knew that I was going to be safe and secure at 40 weeks pregnant and provided all the information I needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are good. Reasonable and fair.

Booked through the Coolabah Website and paid for a room. Upon arrival was told that it was a booking.com booking and they had no record. Showed the owner the booking and proved it was through the motels webpage. The owner was extremely rude and said he didn't care and they did not have a room, refused to refund on credit card. Townsville was booked out due to a Cowboys game and we had to return home that day to Cairns after driving down that morning for a soccer event for the kids.
