cryo has helped me alleviate pain in my spine and right let that has been going on for some time. I was going to physical therapy, working out daily , getting massage and even getting acupuncture..nothing really helped but I started to feel a huge difference in my muscle when trying cryotherapy. love that they have two locations on in water mill and one on 60th and park! friendly and knowledgable staff here!!

I could say running is my passion, but I’m a recreational runner and tend to skip proper warm-up and stretching. Recently I’ve pulled my muscle badly, to the point where it was painful even to walk. I was devastated for not being able to run at all. Medicines and supplements just didn’t work well, but then friends recommended visiting Cool Zone Cryo! I’m amazed how well it worked and I can say it’s getting me back in the game. Thanks Geney and the whole team for all your kindness and help! Can’t wait for another session!
