They are seriously the worst. I had my ac go out on a Sunday so I called them for service. Their ad advertises that they guarantee service within an hour. With a newborn at home, and it being early August in South Florida, time is of the essence when your air goes out. I spoke with a representative around 11 AM who assured someone would be at my home within an hour. Around 1 o'clock I called to see where the tech was and why he was running late.
