I had up my favorite car wash spot but not anymore!!! Went through their tunnel and it ripped off my black trim of my car. Was told I’d hear from the manager within in 72hr. Well that was Saturday, here it is Tuesday and still haven’t heard from anyone…smh now that’s i put a review up they don’t want to replace my part. That’s ok… public and God see all. Jakori was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me from the time he rang me up for my wash til I left . He walked up and offered to help me!! I’ll be honest that was a first. I come here quite often and never had any complaints. but this by far will be my most memorable experience. Thank you Jakori!
