This place is going down badly. No spray bottles, the towels are cheap and very small. What happened to the service that was once provided.
Crystal was pleasant, helpful and provided good customer service
The carwash itself isn’t bad but I wouldn’t recommend getting the membership, they make it hard to cancel, don’t bother calling because they will leave you on hold and forget about you. Maybe that’s what they do to avoid you canceling, but only option would be in person, if your a busy person it’s highly inconvenient.
