The self service bays are a disaster. Requested a call back for a refund. The first TWO bays I tried didn’t take my card, and when I finally moved to a bay that accepted my card, almost none of the features worked. The different guns allocated for different cleaning products did not work- and the “high pressure soap” came out for two seconds and then switched to regular water. Definitely not the best. Self service was arguably a scam if you don't already have a plan of action. Probably better to just use the automated car wash. Car came out pretty damn clean though. Ended up spending about 30 for a self car wash and vacuum. Take with that what you will.
Do not swipe your card at this place. It charges you $15 no matter what, and does not refund the leftover amount like the attendants say it will.
