The dynamic father and son duo is one of the best professional teams that have worked on my house in East Hampton. David and Philip have been helpful, transparent, and reasonable from the get-go. They worked on installing new pool equipment (pump, filter, heater) and handled everything for me — even going as far as coordinating with the propane company. I look forward to Cool Water Pool Works continuing to maintain and take care of all my pool needs! Thanks, David and Philip!

I called them with an emergency for my pool and they were unbelievably responsive and kind. They were not my pool provider at the time and offered to help anyway. I am very grateful to them and could not recommend them higher!

I started using this company for a house I bought 6 months ago in East Hampton. They have saved me multiple times and have been great with their service. I can't recommend these guys enough. I had an issue with some renters of mines right before a busy weekend, and they were able to solve and fix my problem within hours. I won't be using anymore else, these guys are great!

We have used cool water to help manage our pool and they’ve been extremely helpful, responsive, and multiple times have gone well above and beyond to help us out and advise us on big decisions. Highly recommend
