This is the best pool service company in the Hamptons! I used a number of companies for pool maintenance and repair for years and every one of them was subpar at best. We went with Cool Water works as our regular provider for pool cleanings and also to help us with a few projects. As we went through a massive home renovation after purchasing our home, we didn’t open our pool up for over a year and David helped with a complicated pool opening. He also did our salt water conversion and upgraded our control panel for the pool. We changed to CWPW 2 years ago, all I can say is that the service and follow through is way above our previous used provider in E Hampton. Very happy we changed, good company and good people here.

I have used Cool Water Pools for over a year and they are one of the best service providers I have ever used. They do great work keeping the pool clean and service it regularly. They are timely, reliable, and reachable. We have had a few issues with aging equipment, and they were on-site within 15 minutes and had made all the arrangements to have a new heater installed the next day, everything arranged within 30 minutes of my call. I have worked with a few companies out in east Hampton and was never satisfied. Cool water not only is the most responsive company I’ve worked with but is very trustworthy. Cost conscious, good advice and fixes problems quickly. I didn’t think service like this existed out in the Hamptons. Would highly recommend!
