Great all-around experience working with David and his team on identifying/fixing the source of a water leak as well as replacing our pool filter and water heater. Excellent communication throughout the process. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

I’ve had 3 or so different pool companies in the Hamptons since first buying in 2017, and this is the best one. They are responsive, proactive, transparent and clear. Very reasonably priced. I am doing a new liner and excavation project with them now, and have previously had their help with other repairs and a new heater, etc. They’ve also serviced and maintained pools at 3 different properties. We didn’t have electricity due to ongoing construction for most of the summer, so the pool was really in bad shape. Dave and his team from Cool Water Pool Works spent weeks restoring it. Very impressed with their commitment and professionalism.

Cool Water Pool Works is the way to go! We've used them for annual service for years now and just completed a full pool reno. From start to finish, they are efficient and knowledgeable. They're a family business and know the industry and Hamptons inside out. David takes the time to explain everything, and both he and Philip are just all around fun people to know.
