During my time as a customer I had to complain multiple times about my pool service. I had a green pool for 3 weeks in 2017. Finally I decided to watch as service was being provided and no chemicals were being added, the chlorine tabs were not replenished, etc. This year (2018) I noticed that the cap for my floating chlorine tablet had come off and was in the bottom of the pool.
