Our contractor used Cool Water Pools to install our pool and pool lights. I have tried for two months to get Cool Water to help synchronize our lights. I have offered to pay and also offered to have them help via phone. Finally scheduled a phone call and I am still waiting for help over the phone. I also have found our our contractor no longer uses them. *******

To whom it may concern: Thank you for letting us respond to this review. The Pentair lights in question come with a 3-year manufacture warranty that has expired. We tried to make phone contact twice to see if we could be of any assistance but were only able to speak to Mr. ******.
