To start off with they were pretty nice and explained a lot of stuff but then if you have a problem with equipment the best option they can offer you is 20 % off ? Are you kidding me ? I haven't even had this thing a month. Then the owner wants to act like its the battery when he and I both know it's the board inside of it that went out. He said he would call me about maybe ordering a part and fixing it but did he call ? Nope sure didn't. That's cool though I will take my money & business else where.
5 stars on everything. Great products, great prices, great customer service, and fun atmosphere. Its a great experience to just walk in the store.
