Once again Cool Tech delivered excellent response and service. Last week we were having trouble with the condensation line drainage. As it was a recent install Lori arranged for Jason to respond within 24 hours. The problem was quickly assessed and adjustments made which fixed the issue. Another 5start experience!! I highly recommend this company. Quick, professional and honest!!! On the hottest day when lots of customers were without AC, they made an effort to fix my unit. I really appreciated it. The best!!!
I want to give the biggest shout out to Nick from Cool Tech who came to my home and got my AC working within 10 minutes with no immediate payment necessary. He was polite, respectful, very kind and extremely knowledgeable. As a 72 year old, I had been in tears after a large Venice company, with all their awards and great reviews, came to my house and told me that even a temporary repair to get the AC working would be $2400 and a new system would be over $12,400.
