Air conditioning When the central air conditioning went out on one of my properties late last summer, I needed someone to come right away. I called Cool Tech, and they assured me that they would send someone out right away and told me what time they would be there by. Well, they never showed up, and as I said, I needed someone quickly, so I ended up calling another company. I don't understand why they can't communicate with their customers.
