Don't miss it. Great products and good prices. I always find more than what I was looking for. Hard to do that these days since so many stores seem to be closing right now. This is my "go to" for everything I need. Don't miss it.
good selection, knowledgable staff Cool Scrapbook Stuff has a really great and cute little scrapbook store. With so many discount stores adding scrapbooking selections to their inventory like, "Big Lots" and "Walmart," it's hard to match their prices, but the smaller branched scrapbooks certainly beat out the larger chains when comparing the size of their selection. With new products all the time, I find myself never bored of that store.
This is the BEST scrapbook store! I just did my first rating and I saw that Cool got a low rating back in March. I just have to TOTALLY disagree! The staff is SO friendly and helpful!!! I just don't even "agree" that the last statement was unfriendly at all! I have asked for specific items before and stores have just "shared" that if it isn't there then they don't have it... RUDE SERVICE! While this store has a good selection and decent prices, the service is horrible! I think it's the owner ...didn't get her name, is very snooty. It's as if she thinks everyone is there to rip her off instead of give her their hard earned cash! Instead of welcoming you into her store she says, "I'LL HOLD YOUR BAG UP HERE WHILE YOU SHOP!" Bad Customer Service topped off with a dirty cluttered store! This store is very dirty and cluttered. I have often times seen cats running around in the store and the restrooms were about as clean as one at a truck stop. The owner is rude and does not appreciate her customers. You'd think she would value her hardoworking employees and her customers who spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars in her store - but the opposite is true. Make the drive to Pink Pineapple or Everafters and forget about cool scapbook stuff.
My FAVORITE place to shop!! I'm shocked by the negative review for this store. I have been a customer of Cool Scrapbook Stuff for many years and I have always had a wonderful experience shopping there! This store has an extensive inventory of scrapbooking/stamping supplies. It was a chore for them to take my money. When I asked about a specific brand of paper the gal at the counter pointed to a rack and said "If we have it, it'll be over there." Fabulous selection, NEW stuff all the time, and fabulous staff! I don't usually post reviews, but I had to speak up on behalf of Cool Scrapbook Stuff. You Reap What You Sow I'm a pretty good natured, positive person. I LOVE to paper craft and shop at Cool Scrapbook Stuff all the time because they always have what I need/want. I've found that when you enter a building with a smile on your face, you get that happiness paid back. Just seeing all those beautiful papers, stamps, embellishments, cool tools, etc. makes me happy.
