Took scooter in for maintenence. They had it for almost a month. Bike was damaged while in their possession. Now going to small claims. Harrowing experience with angry and unprofessional shop owner.
So impressed with this shop I bought 2 Syms off the floor. I've had 6 scoots now, these are the best and last. Since we've been around the block, I believe Cool Scooters has beginner level and bikes for the experienced. We now have 4k miles on our HD 200 EVO (hers) and my CityCom. We go anywhere we like, mostly backroads and now have become more intimate with the SD area. Great places to ride.
