Easy river for tubing with kids.
The power was knocked out from last night's storms, at the Outpost, but thankfully, they have 2 other locations. We have been making memories every year (give or take), for the past 13 years. It was so relaxing & fun! Check water levels before going & make sure to sign waivers beforehand. They also have some pretty great tshirts if you're ever in need of a keepsake.
The staff were helpful and friendly, and my family had a blast! We appreciated that our dog was allowed to ride with us. I do recommend the push stick - we did fine without it, but it would have been a lot easier with the stick.
Great time, did the "short" ride and it was plenty long. Love that the tubes have closed bottoms because the water is chilly, and this helps make it more relaxing. Everyone is friendly and helpful, plenty of parking. SHOW UP EARLY to avoid crowds.
So much fun!!
