What’s the point of keeping an office when there’s no one there? And why put a bell when no one wants to hear it? I’ve been trying to contact them for the past month, but no one answers the phone or is available at the office. They even say the manager isn’t available. And to top it off, they charge you twice. Be aware, don’t go here. They’re frauds! Will be filing a complaint with law enforcement’s!!!

I had been using this car wash regularly because of its convenient location. However, over the past few months, the drying system has not been working properly, leaving water spots on my vehicle that ruined the original paint. Despite raising this concern multiple times and being assured it would be resolved, the issue remains unaddressed. As a result, I decided to cancel my membership and take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been trying to contact them via phone and email since February 26th, but they haven’t responded. I’m puzzled why they’re operating when they refuse to respond to emails or calls. However, when someone leaves a negative review on their profile, they reach out to us about the issue. I want to cancel my membership, but they’re not responding, and I can’t visit them because I’m out of town now.
