I had been using this car wash regularly because of its convenient location. However, over the past few months, the drying system has not been working properly, leaving water spots on my vehicle that ruined the original paint. Despite raising this concern multiple times and being assured it would be resolved, the issue remains unaddressed. As a result, I decided to cancel my membership and take my business elsewhere.
The Platinum wash is always satisfying my dirty car needs, especially with this crazy Houston weather.
I’ve been trying to contact them via phone and email since February 26th, but they haven’t responded. I’m puzzled why they’re operating when they refuse to respond to emails or calls. However, when someone leaves a negative review on their profile, they reach out to us about the issue. I want to cancel my membership, but they’re not responding, and I can’t visit them because I’m out of town now.
Best price for a basic wash in the area at $7. They also have towels and cleaning spray to use with the vacuums. Only complain is that some vacuums don't have good suction, so you need to look for the best vacuum to use.
