Ridiculous service. I came here, bought a ticket, and entered as the gate opened—just following the posted instructions. No staff were around, so I assumed the process was automatic. Suddenly, two staff appeared and spoke to me in a very rude tone, telling me I should have waited for someone, and blaming me as if I had done something wrong. Just left the car wash and got home to see how much water/soap stains were left on my car especially on the hood of the car. This car wash did not wash my car appropriately.
Like alot of you I have always liked this place but recently I dont know how but some how a piece of my bumber was broken off. I made a report like the guy asked me to. Not till the folling week the manager called me. Tells me flat out im gonna decline your request. I asked why she said because the piece was there and she had it and said it had epoxy behind it.I replied I had it fixed back in December of 2024.
