I just had Cool Ray out to run some wiring and install a junction box for my indoor sauna. The workmanship was great, no damage to any walls, the work crew was professional, and the scheduling was very easy. I'm very pleased with the work done, well worth the money and a great local small business. Highly recommend Cool Ray for any of your home electrical needs!
I hired Cool Ray Electric to install a NEMA outlet for my EV on June 30, along with paying for the required permit and inspection. The installation had some issues, including the technician forgetting materials and cutting a hole in the drywall in the wrong location, which left damage that wasn’t repaired. Cool Ray was very easy to work with! We had a bad breaker that they diagnosed and repaired in the same visit at no additional cost (manufacturer recall), and gave us peace of mind for a few anxious-new-homeowner concerns about what ended up to be user error overloading circuits with (not so) small kitchen appliances, haha.
