I made an appointment on Saturday Evening for Sunday morning between 8 and 10. I received a message at 8: that Ena was on his way. He arrived shortly. Ena was friendly proffesional and listened to me. He checked out my sytstem that was dead. After a discussion I decided to purchase a new unit. Lek and his crew are just great. Timely and reasonable prices. He will repair when other companies just want to sell you a new unit. If you have any questions, ask to talk to Lek directly as he will make it right. Worked with him for many years.
Great company. Stands behind their product. We had an issue with a newly installed AC system. They fixed it. No charge. No hassle. They went out of their way to make it right. Trane is not a cheap system, so you are going to pay more. But it is a great system and the installer and the manufacturer stand behind their product.
