Clean, quick and professional. Glad we used them.
Everyone I saw and/or spoke to were polite, respectful and helpful. Eric and his team not only replaced, and discarded my old HVAC unit, they installed a new one with three feet of snow on the ground outside that they shoveled away to get to the spot where the old unit was and were the new unit needed to go…. They did all this work outside while it was 10 degrees.
Cool Pro was very quick to respond to our needs. Eric was very helpful in explaining the process and choices, and getting us exactly what we needed. All of Cool Pro's technicians were very considerate of our home space and got our old HVAC system out and the new hvac system installed and running in no time. We highly recommend Cool Pro for your HVAC needs .
The heat pump system itself works well and the installation went smoothly. Overall, I’m happy with the HVAC side of the job. The main issue was the thermostat. The AprilAire thermostat they provided wasn’t a good fit for our hybrid system and was frustrating to use. We eventually replaced it with an Ecobee, which has worked much better for our setup. I wish a better thermostat option had been recommended from the start. Aside from that, the system performs well and I’m satisfied with the install.
I waited a FULL YEAR before writing this review (sorry took so long) so I could see how the new HVAC system performed through all seasons (installed last year). This company has been attentive and thorough from day one. They took the time to walk us through the process and provided helpful reading materials along the way. The system they installed has also helped us save a lot on our energy bills, especially during extreme weather conditions.
