Cool Pro gave me a time window, contacted me with an update as he was arriving and was very professional. He Answered all my questions and did the job perfectly. Very well organized and knowledgeable, Eric went through the requirements process and completed the install in a timely and very professional manner. Top marks also to the office team who perfectly managed the relevant paperwork and scheduling.
