Drivers: DO NOT BREAK THE SEAL - Let an Unloader break the seal after submitting paperwork to receiving. Live unload process: 1. Stage at door, (leave doors closed) 2. Submit paperwork to receiving (by door 101) 3. Return to truck and Wait for employee to come out and break seal. 4. Back into door and get unloaded.
Don’t come early. Long wait for paperwork. Might be good for delivery but not for pickup .It’s been 5 hours and still waiting for paperwork…
Always professional and pretty quick unloading.
Heads up, was my first time here. Do not drive down the road past all the parked trucks! The end it 2 gates and you can not turn around a 53ft trailer till the gates are opened. Other than that about a 2 hour unload. Check in is a little slow.
Out of all the ports I’ve ever been to cool Port had to be the easiest to get in and out of at a 5 o’clock appointment checked in at 5 o’clock. I was out of there at 6 o’clock.
