update: The new information that I have found in interviewing several local pool companies is that the owner of this company and his brother who owns another company have a fixed rate with the warranty companies. The fixed rate is $250 anytime they go out. What this means is that if the repair is more than that they won’t do it. In the case of my replacement it would’ve been $650 so they did everything they could do to show that it actually works. As of today, It is still not working. Trevor the owner of cool pools is excellent with the care and design of pool systems and maintenance. He has treated both my pool and my mothers pool, they have never looked cleaner. Cool Pools is the one to call !!!
Couldn't of had better service . Took care of my problem right away .
This guy (Trevor) is arrogant , rude and will never use him again or refer anyone to him. Instead of fixing our pool pump he tried to sell us a brand new one and then accused of trying to get something for free. Huh? We just wanted it to be fixed. He tried to sell us something that probably could have been Easily fixed. He was eventually thrown off our property for the outrageous rude comments being made by him. I️ DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM.
