I would really love to give cool pools a better score unfortunately after multiple attempts to contact they have not responded. I have tried calling and I have tried emailing them as well. Me of course waiting to the end of the season knowing that my project might take a bit of time. I’m disappointed because all of their stellar reviews.
Cool Pools has been providing maintenance for my two neighborhood pools for several years and I highly recommend them. They leave the pools extra clean each time and the stuff are very friendly and helpful!
Colin at Cool Pools did a FANTASTIC job installing my new pool liner !!! My wife and I are extremely happy with it. Colin and the crew were all very Professional , took great care with all the details , and overall did a GREAT job with the new Liner. We had great communication with each other and the job was completed on the scheduled date. The best around
Thought I found someone that I could work with but true colors just came out. While I accepted slow responses to calls and text messages, and even an attempt to bill extra charges for work that was not done, the most disappointing thing now is their rejection of work because I will not give them "undivided attention" or every bit of my business. Sad to say but they are unprofessional and do not provide business-like treatment of a customer.
