The screen wouldn’t light up on our tstat. We have a home warranty, so I subm a claim AFTER I checked breaker, filter, & tested for power at my tstat’s C wire… Breaker wasn’t tripped, filter was fine, & NO POWER to the C wire. 11:39am I was given Cool Operator’s info from our warranty co. 1:19pm, I called to sched an appt. I was met by a rude voice- I expl my issue, & what I had already done. She INSISTED that my tstat was bad, even after I expl NO POWER at tstat. Tracked excrement into my house and allover just cleaned carpets the only response I got when I pointed out what they had done was oh opps.
Wow! What great service and so timely. We had a furnace that wouldn't fire up and Todd came to the rescue same day and fixed it right up. There's something to say for knowing your business and he really does...I watched him wire a new control board and I couldn't believe how easy it was FOR HIM. I was just really impressed. If you want great service at a fair price call the COOL OPERATOR.
Cool Operator recently installed a new furnace for our home and business. Todd and his assistant were very professional, took the time to answer all of our questions, arrived when they said they would and were very tidy in their work. We were especially impressed that they had the pricing for each unit with installation cost listed right on their website.
