This is the worst company we ever did work with. The sales person that came to quote us a new unit was rude to say the least. They gave us the best quote so against our better judgement we went with them. They did not lay down stuff to protect our home from installation, which they said they would do. They left holes in the walls where they removed a second thermostat. They didn't know how to connect our dehumidifier to the system. Saeb at Cool Masters is very knowledgeable and knows how to save you money! Our attic furnace and ductwork was replaced quickly and professionally. Everything cleaned up well! Months later, we noticed water standing in the drain pan and called him back to check things. When he arrived, he immediately got onto clearing the drain pipe and would not take any payment. We are very impressed with his honesty. Definitely recommend. We used to build houses in another city and would’ve been happy to use him then.
